DESCRIPTION:WBMC is planning a (4) day ride in the Adirondacks in August using my brother Scott’s Airbnb farmhouse (shown below) as basecamp…  \n\n\n\nIt has (4) bed rooms with (2) sleep-able couches and a big backyard for tents …  and we another lodging option 15-20 minutes away… and there are other Airbnbs in the area\, etc. \n\n\n\nThe main farm house now looks to be booked full with (8) members responding in the affirmative. So\, will also use my small cabin which is approx 15-20 mins away. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIt’s located remote from town\, so not walkable to restaurants…. The plan is to hang out at the end of the day around the campfire with some burgers.Or we could order some pizzas and bring them in Or ride to a multitude of restaurants 15 minutes or so away  \n\n\n\nIt’s in a very nice riding area that’s 70 miles from Lake Placid or Tupper Lake\, 20 miles from Lake George village\, 40 miles from the ferry to VT

DESCRIPTION:The idea behind the B&B gathering was to allow vintage and classic motorcycle enthusiasts to show their prized possessions; however\, as we have grown\, we encourage all motorcycle enthusiasts to bring their prized possession and story share with all. Enjoy some great breakfast\, as all are welcome to come out. \n\n\n\nMeeting the 3rd Sunday of every month in Cold Spring NY\, Bikes & Breakfast is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a quaint town & see some vintage motorcycles. Turnout is less in winter\, but even in 20F weather\, there are usually at least 10 bikes to show up. \n\n\n\nCold Starts located directly in Cold Spring has been sponsoring with coffee & snacks. They are a motorcycle specific clothing store located on the main drag. With the colder weather\, we may meet in the shop instead of at the Depot\, so if you don’t see anyone at the Depot\, try the shop up the street.

SUMMARY:Motorcyclepedia Museum
DESCRIPTION:In Newburgh there is a museum dedicated to motorcycles.  They have a model from every year of the original Indian 1901-1953 plus many others.  If you are into motorcycle history\, this is a great place to check out every few years as they have new exhibits. \n\n\n\nWe are pairing this with the Bikes & Breakfast event in Cold Spring.  That is also focused on old bikes\, but in riding condition.  We depart from Cold Spring at 11AM when the event winds down & then have about an hour ride to a lunch spot called Farm House Market in Cornwall NY on the other side of the Hudson.  From there it is <10 minute ride to the museum. \n\n\n\nThe route from Cold Spring is available on Rever.  The GPX is also available to download from Dropbox.

SUMMARY:Connecticut Lighthouse Tour
DESCRIPTION:There are 6 lighthouses accessible by road in Connecticut.  Today is a trip to visit all of them\, traversing the entire Connecticut coast.  We have lunch in Stonington CT at the end of the loop.  Our route takes advantage of highways to keep time reasonable with about 150 miles total distance over ~4 hours ride time.  We will start a bit early to allow some time at each lighthouse & breaks\, and still arrive in Stonington around lunch time. \n\n\n\nLunch will be at Breakwater with some great seafood & other food options. \n\n\n\nIf we slab back home the return is about 2 hours and ~110 miles.  Thus the entire day is about 6 hours total ride time and ~260 miles. \n\n\n\nThe route up is available on Rever
